Amalia Moreno-Damgaard Biography

Amalia Moreno-Damgaard is an internationally recognized award-winning-bestselling author, chef and seasoned entrepreneur born and raised in Guatemala City currently living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She helps individuals and companies develop a better understanding and appreciation of Latin cultures through healthy gourmet cuisine and culture education. Amalia consults and partners with brands to build strategies around the Latin culture to connect them with the Latin market effectively through consulting, custom projects, programs, and experiences.  Her work has been recognized and featured numerous times on the press and the media in the US and in Guatemala and has been the cover story of various local publications, including Edina and Eden Prairie Magazines, and others.
