Suzanne M. Madison – Bio sketch
Suzanne was born in Washington, D.C. where she developed a keen interest in food. She has since lived and eaten her way through several cities in New Jersey, New York, and now Minnesota. Her family will attest that she prefers to eat, rather than cook. Suzanne considers herself a foodie, although she has admitted she could eat rice every single day. Suzanne is particularly fond of ribs, mustard and collard greens, paella, grits with shrimp and cheese, plantains, cheesecake, and fresh fish. She is honored have been asked to put her palate to use for the purpose of judging The Taste of Liberia Taste-Off Competition.
